What are the miniatures made of?

Our miniatures are made of high-quality resin.

What does "Limited Edition" mean?

Our miniatures are all limited in number because of the agreements we have with the artists who created the original artworks we've taken inspiration from. Some miniatures are more limited in number than others. The amount of copies available on our website may vary according to several factors, but they are continuously restocked until the are sold out.

What does "Sold out" mean?

If a miniature is marked as "Sold out", it means we've sold all the copies produced for that figure. Sold out miniatures are not restocked or produced anymore.

What is a preorder?

Some of the miniatures shown on this site are available as preorders: this means that you can purchase the figure in advance and it will be shipped later on or as soon as it launches on the market. Some miniatures will be available sooner and some others will be available later: preorders can take up to 60 days to be shipped and delivered.

We strongly recommend you to benefit from preorders when available, for several reasons. Our miniatures come in limited edition, so preordering guarantees you a copy. Also, preorder prices are always lower than final prices! 

However, there are cases where you might want to purchase a miniature that is already available and another one that is in preorder. In these circumstances, we suggest to do the following:

• If you are in a hurry to start working on the available miniature, please purchase them separately. 
• If you are willing to wait for the preorder to be available, then purchase them together and save on the shipping costs! 

Will I receive the painted miniature?

Generally speaking, no. You are buying an unpainted and unassembled miniature whose realisation is completely up to you and your inner scale modellist! 

Why are the prices different and what should I do about VAT?

Prices listed on the site are always tax excluded.

VAT for European countries will be added at checkout. 
For non-European customers will be not added VAT.

How about shipping costs? - UPDATED!

We are constantly working on improving our service, so we listened to your feedback and tried to find a new shipping service that could serve any requirement. For this reason, we now have partnerships with Spring/UPS
