If you receive any communication via email or social media requesting money or personal information in the guise of our survey, raffle, or discount offers, it's important to treat it with suspicion. We want to remind you that our only reasons for reaching out will be to deliver your well-earned discount code or, if luck is on your side, to obtain your name and mailing address to ship your raffle prize. We do not collect any other personal information or funds under any circumstances. Should you encounter such dubious requests, please let us know immediately. Your security and trust are important to us.
Survey Participation
How to participate
To receive both the discount and participate in the Paradise miniature raffle, you need to fill out our 5-minute survey. Your feedback is invaluable, helping us tailor our offerings to better suit your needs and preferences.
Duration
The survey is open from March 7, 2024 to March 21, 2024. Make sure to fill out the survey within this timeframe to ensure your 25% discount and raffle entry.
Eligibility
We welcome all our customers and subscribers to participate, with a special note: current employees of Mindwork Games and their immediate family members are not eligible to partake in the survey, discount offer, or raffle. This ensures fairness and transparency in the allocation of rewards.

At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter your email address to receive a 25% discount code. You will receive the code immediately after submitting the survey.
This code entitles you to a 25% reduction on a purchase from our store. Apply it at checkout and enjoy the savings!
Terms & Conditions of the 25% discount
The discount code is valid for a single use.
It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The code must be redeemed from March 22, 2024 to March 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM, PST (GMT-8).

As a token of our gratitude for your participation, you'll be automatically entered into a raffle to win one of seven exquisite miniatures from our Paradise line.
Enhanced chances for subscribers
Our newsletter subscribers receive three entries into the raffle as a thank you for your ongoing support, tripling your chances to win!
Raffle draw
The lucky winners will be selected at random after the survey closes on March 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM, PST (GMT-8). Winners will be notified via email on March 22, 2024 by 5 PM PST (GMT-8). Winners will have until April 5, 2024 5 PM PST (GMT-8) to provide a valid address for shipping the miniature. Failure to provide this information by the deadline will forfeit the prize.
Lastly, a technical detail: the mechanism used to draw the winners will be a random online picker, such as https://randomgenerate.io/random-raffle-generator.
Additional raffle rules
One entry per participant for non-subscribers, three entries for subscribers.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
